First Aid Services
The Baphalali Eswatini Red Cross Society provides First Aid services to the public during National events and many other gatherings where a lot of people are gathered. We also provide First Aid Trainings to individuals and companies.
First Aid is the emergency care given to an injured or ill person before professional medical help arrives. It’s a crucial skill that could be the difference between life and death.

Courses and Training
We offer two levels of First Aid courses, each lasting 3 days and leading to a certification as a qualified First Aider.
Community First Aid: This is our voluntary service to communities across Eswatini. We provide First Aid education and certification to enable citizens to help each other in emergency situations. These courses are provided free of charge to the community.
Commercial First Aid: For companies and individuals, we offer First Aid courses at affordable rates. This training is designed to equip employees and individuals with the skills to handle emergencies in their workplaces or personal lives.
